Don't
Be Afraid To Die

We
all know life must end someday And, when it does, we cry
But, if we aren't afraid to live
We shouldn't be afraid to die
It's normal that we fear unknowns
For, life is safe and nice
Death is a bridge between two worlds
Taking us to paradise
Death holds a peace we've never known
And, yet, we're scared because
The place where we are going to
Is so different than life was
Yet, how will it be different?
We're still who we once were
And, God will meet us at the gate
With peace and love and more
No matter what we've done in life
God waits with open arms
With tenderness and endless love
He'll keep us safe and warm
Our loved ones will be waiting there
With the Angels we shall trod
We shall not die, we'll just go home
